Fabien, the chef behind YOUR CHEF AT HOME, can create a fine dining experience for you in the luxury of your own home. Fabien cooks creatively with seasonal ingredients and can cater for any allergies or taste preferences.
Fabien is Frenchman with over 15 years experience.
Fabien started in a small restaurant “Le Beaujolais ” in France where he learnt to cooking everything from scratch using seasonal produce.
Since then Fabien has been in the kitchen of two 3-Michelin star restaurants; “Paul Bocuse” and “George Blanc” where he got is rigour, mentality of respecting the produce and the technique to work with luxury ingredients.
Well traveled, Fabien has done seasons in Val Thorens at “Koh I Nor, Le Pashmina” (1 Michelin star) and in EZE village at “Chateau Eza “ (1 Michelin star), as well as travelling to London and Australia where he learnt how to cook differently and creatively.
For chef Fabien cooking the seasonal ingredient is his way to respect mother nature and the farmer.

For Kids: A fun moment for your children to learn to cook their favorite pastry or dish. All kitchen safety rules will be taught to your children.
